We Can't Afford Tammy Caputi & Karen Gresham

Meet the liberals trying to hide their records of raising taxes, increasing the size of government, and Hurting Our Economy.

BREAKING 🚨

Tammy Caputi has been caught LYING about living in our district – a legal requirement to run for office!

A complaint filed with the Maricopa County Attorney says it’s much worse and alleges she violated numerous laws, including perjury and forgery.9

The complaint says she lives with her husband and kids in another district, while the condo she claims as a home was largely empty and is actually For Sale by its owners.

Here’s her “residence” in the district as recently as September:

That is all very illegal. It’s also dishonest and unethical.

If Caputi will break laws just to get elected, we can’t trust her in public office.

“It is a sort of fraud, and the victims are the voters in the district who are being asked to vote for someone who is lying to them every day about the most basic thing…”10

Who is Tammy Caputi?

Tammy Caputi is a longtime liberal who was elected to the Scottsdale City Council in 2020 and promptly voted out four years later after ignoring the wishes of Scottsdale residents.1 They demanded commonsense leadership; Instead, Caputi compiled one of the most liberal voting records in Scottsdale history.

Who is Karen Gresham?

Karen Gresham is a union-backed radical with endorsements from the AFL-CIO, Worker Power, and Indivisible7.  Gresham has consistently voted for higher property taxes and double-digit increases in government spending.6

They Support Raising Taxes

Liberal Tammy Caputi never met a tax hike she didn’t like while serving on the Scottsdale City Council. Caputi supported raising sales taxes44a and voted to raise property taxes multiple times.22a Fed up with her liberal pro-tax record, Scottsdale voters threw Caputi out of office two years ago.1

Karen Gresham has consistently voted to raise property taxes while serving on the Madison School Board6and has supported increasing income taxes.

They Support Bigger (More Expensive!) Government

Tammy Caputi is a big spender who consistently voted to increase the size and cost of Scottsdale government. Her liberal agenda has saddled Scottsdale residents with hundreds of millions in new debt55b combined with increases in utility rates.5

Karen Gresham hasn’t met a spending increase she won’t vote for. She voted to increase government spending by 25 percent in just 3 years.6 Gresham also supports hundreds of millions in new government spending that will put Arizona into debt and force the passage of state tax increases.5b

They Will Hurt Arizona's Economy

Tammy Caputi’s campaign is being funded by the most anti-business organizations in Arizona – organizations that want to impose job-killing policies on Arizona’s job creators.5a Anti-business groups, committed to turning Arizona into another California, have contributed or spent tens of thousands of dollars to boost Caputi’s campaign, with much more on the way.8 We can’t afford to become another California or suffer their stagnant economy and job losses.

Karen Gresham is a radical environmentalist and progressive who supports dangerous policies that will cost Arizona thousands of jobs. If Gresham is elected to the Arizona House of Representatives, those policies will threaten job creation in Arizona and jeopardize our economy.

Caputi and Gresham are Radical Leftists who will Jeopardize our Future Prosperity.

Say No to Caputi and Gresham for State Representative!
